Cancel A Transaction

Did you send a transaction that didn't work out somehow? Don't worry, if the recipient hasn't accepted their transaction, you can always cancel it and return your sent currency. You can tell a transaction is pending if its icon is facing upward and outgoing if it's icon is yellow .
When you click the cancel button on the mistaken you will receive a popup asking for a confirmation code. Enter the code belonging to the transaction that you either wrote down, or received through text or email and press the cancel payment button.
Once you click the cancel button with the correct confirmation code, you should see another metamask request popup. Accept this confirmation and wait for the transaction to complete. You can always check your transaction's status in metamask.
